








The PET FOSTER PARENTS SUPPORT NETWORK is needed because although the issues we face as Pet Foster Parents and the organizations we volunteer for may be unique, individuals Pet Foster for two primary reasons: 1. To reduce the number of homeless animals in our communities. 2. To find forever homes for the animals who may be thought of as " second chance pets". The contribution Pet Foster's make to their community is unsung. Many homeless and other wise "un adoptable" animals find their forever homes because of the volunteers who Pet Foster in rescues and established Pet Foster programs in city run and county funded animal shelters.
