The earth is finite, when people act like they understand this fact perhaps all sides of the environmental movement can come to a common understanding about the fragility of the planet the necessity to take action in the earth's behalf. Today's disparate environmental movement originated with hunters who out of respect for the land petitioned the government and private industry to leave their hunting ( and farming ) ground pristine - the battle continues.
