We love our pets, sometimes our passion for our pets seems stronger than for the people in our lives. When we have to give up our pets - because of a life change, illness, or other unavoidable circumstance which would affect the way we care for our animals, surrender is the only choice. However you don't always have to surrender your beloved pet to a shelter or rescue to be adopted. Volunteers such as pet foster parents, may be able to provide shelter for your pet until such a time when you can have them back in your life.
